Personal profile

Tracy enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a partner and shareholder at one of New Mexico’s oldest and largest full service litigation firms before associating with the Law Offices of Bruce S. McDonald as Of Counsel in February 2012. She brings almost 30 years of litigation experience with her to the firm and has tried more than 50 cases to the bench or a jury in both state and federal courts throughout New Mexico. Her specific litigation experience has included medical malpractice defense, the defense of negligence and strict liability claims against automobile manufacturers (both foreign and domestic), product liability litigation (medical devices and pharmaceuticals) and the defense of nursing homes and skilled care facilities. Tracy was responsible for establishing the damages claim in a commercial matter for a multinational copper company that resulted in a high-seven-figure settlement. She was selected both an arbitrator and a mediator in dozens of cases over the years.  In her spare time, Tracy enjoys golfing, fishing, needle arts, photography, travel, antiques and attending dog obedience and agility classes with her Jack Russell terrier, Wedgie.
